This is the holiday wreath that I made in class. It took a lot of patience and hard work to make it. I thought I did good especially with the trimming. I used 1 hanger, a couple of branches, some decorations, gardening wire, and a glue gun.

I learned how to make a snowflake by using hot water, borax, and a pipe cleaner. I made this by taking a pipe cleaner cutting it into 3 equal pieces and after twisting them together. Then I took a cup filled it with borax and then I took my twisted pipe cleaner and attached it to a pencil with string to hold the cleaner. then I filled the cup that already has borax I filled it with hot water and mixed it to disolve the borax and as the water cooled the borax crystallized and attached to the pipe cleaner. I used blue dye to give it color.

When I did this art I found that I used a lot of glue and that it's a messy project but the end product is cool. I made this by inflating a water balloon, applying lotion on the balloon, then I filled a cup with glue and I dipped the string in and as I removed the string I would remove extra glue and gently put the string on the balloon. Then after I cover the balloon I leave it to dry over night then after it's completely dry I pop the balloon. The effects that the balloon makes while it's deflating are cool. 

This is my onomatopoeia pop art. When I did this art I was only allowed to use the colors blue, red, yellow, black, and white. These are the standard colors that you can use when you are drawing pop art. When I did this art I needed to make it pop and make it very eye catching especially the words. I think I did a good job. Next time I could work on neatness which includes coloring in the lines and not erasing to much. 

I learned a lot doing this digital art like accuracy with the paint brush and how to use pixlr features. I also learned that I could make a collage on picmonkey. 

During the period that we were doing the picasso art portraits I had some likes and dislikes but I also learned some new things like how to position a pastel accurately. I didn't like when the pastel got on my desk and my fingers and it was hard to remove.

I learned lots of things during this period like shading, using magic wand tool on pixlr, and even the elements of art and design.

We created these tile mosaics for mothers day. This activity was fun and I also learned something like applying grout and thin set and also breaking tiles to the sizes you want. When we made these arts we used the elements of art and design. Which are, line, shape, form, and color as you can see. My mom was very happy when I have it too her, she was even happier when I said I made it my self
